6. Two weeks ago she was at 33%. What's happened in the last two weeks?
National polls are irrelevant.

7. They're not irrelevant
Feb. 5 is as close to a national primary as we're going to get.

She's second or tied in Iowa, leading in NH and way ahead nationally.

At least for some people.

Obama's campaign is spiraling out of control!:sarcasm:

It seems like I just read posts about the end of the Clinton campaign...yet they were all too serious.

9. People are getting past celebrity and understanding what is
ahead and the importance of electing a dem president. Also looking for someone with the fortitude, experience, knowledge and aptitude and the attitude to be the president of the united states. As voting draws closer people I am sure are wanting to win this time and knowing full well this could be the last election for a long time before a dem takes over and they see just how down this great country of ours has fallen with someone that was not experienced, nor had the knowledge, aptitdue to be president. Yes, I speak of bush but this could also be obama I write of and people will not take a chance with someone of less of all things needed to be president.

12. More bad news for us
I hate to say this but I think Ralph Nader got it right about the Clintons, even though he was wrong to run in 2004-- please they have over-stayed their time on a very poorly spent dime.

You only give consideration to opinions that goose-step in perfect time with yours.

You are about as Progressive as Metallica.

And I'd vote for Edwards over Obama any day of the week. So I'm pleased Edwards is climbing back up.

17. ANYTHING can happen between now and S-TUES. I think
people seem to overlook that fact sometimes. :D
I wish Richardson were a better debater. I think he'd be doing much better overall if he had been stronger in the debates. The format can be a disservice to some candidates. :(

22. Great news! Hill is already done with..
her bad patch and in just a couple weeks she is set to win in Iowa and New Hampshire. People are reassessing their votes and Clinton is the clear winner due to her experience. Obama is doing great, too. He would make a great vice president. Edwards is really foundering.. hopefully, when he loses Iowa, he'll drop out of the race and we won't have to hear from this southern-fried, faux-populist, snake-oil salesman again.

30. Reality check....
Go here: http://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/election_20082/daily_presidential_tracking_polling_history

In the race for the Democratic Presidential Nomination, Clinton has dipped below the 40% level of support once again but still retains a double digit lead. It’s Hillary Clinton 39%, Barack Obama 27% and John Edwards 17%. Bill Richardson, Joe Biden, and Dennis Kucinich are each supported by 3% of Likely Democratic Primary Voters.

Don't forget, these Rasmussens are rolling 4 day averages. Hard to tell what they mean. Tomorrow is another day. Another 4 day average.
