The ethical problems with their campaign and then say, "Look, everybody does this. What's so bad about what we've done?"

It's amazing how many times this same exact tactic - which wasn't successful the first time - has been dragged out. Once again, it ultimately reflacts badly on the campaign and some its misguided supporters by showing what they are willing to do.
