Even Though I Don't Think These Debates Change Anybody's Mind
What they DO do is make me believe that any one of these democrats standing up there today would be a better president and represent what is best for me and my family over ANY of the republicans. I even found myself liking what I heard from my least favorite Hillary Clinton today.

1. I listened to the GOP debate
and one thing that I haven't changed my mind about, alan keyes is a fucking lunatic. And I agree with you my friend, when all the primary crap is over its time to get behind the best candidate for president and that will be the (D) by a long shot.

2. Agree, agree, agree...
We have winners running. No matter who wins (I do support Hillary) I will feel good voting for any one of them. I was totally impressed. We have winners. Especially after the fiasco yesterday with the Pugs...they are out of touch with the American people. I bet some R's will swing over after viewing todays debate. How can they even consider the idiots the R's have running...liar, crooks, and Bushco followers...Its a tragedy, if any one of them get elected for our country and the world. ANY Dem will make us proud..smart, caring, and has views that support the american people. EVERY ONE OF THEM!!!!

3. They didn't say anything to change minds today, but they did open ears.
When I have candidates I like, attacks against them usually stop me from liking their rivals. No message gets through anymore, I shut my ears off. But when they stand up there like they did today, and mark their differences without venom, I start listening to all the candidates again.
And you're right, you listen to them today, and you'd be proud to walk into the booth in Nov and pull the lever for any one of them.

6. I am wary... This is just one data point in a huge set. I thought that
Luntz' last effort was for a Democratic debate a few months back and Clinton won. So... maybe Frank is shifting allegiances so he won't be out of work as the Dems rise?

7. There are stupid anybody that says they are a debate is mental
these are not debates they are questions and answers. Don't you remember how a debate works. The same question is asked, the participants answer the question, the participants question the answer to the questions as to why, as to when and give their alternative. I think these "so called debates" show the mentality of the press. They don't know which end is up.

9. Agreed that these "debates" are not debates but rather interviews.......
I'd love to one day see a real debate during election season, but I'm not holding my breath.
