so part of the patriot act is unconstitutional-- what is going to change?

I missed the discussions on monday, and have a friend who sincerely believes that this means the end of bush. how do I point out the truth to him?

If the other candidates aren't standing up for the repeal of the patriot act, I would assume that most of their supporters believe its ok? I think Dennis Kucinich is dead on and its an attack on our rights and the constituttion. Thats one of the many important reasons I support him. If Americans thought it were important they would vote that way but it looks like they don't?
