I can't wait to hear what he will say about Gonzo. Anybody else sense a "special comment" in the near future? :EVILGRIN:

The special comment will come if Chertoff is promoted to the job via recess appointment...

I think you can pretty much bank on the next AG being appointed without Senate approval. Anyone the president can nominate will have some sort of shady background...
