Poll question: If the Congress doesn't vote to impeach then nothing they do otherwise is worth anything.

branch brought under control and in line with Constitutional description. No more over reaching or thumbing its nose to the rule of law. Future presidents need not apply if they have any thought of using the usurped power of the current WH resident.

edit: first to vote and then I had to get my old mind going to write!

3. What can they do? It takes the same amount of votes to overcome a Bush* veto
They maybe able to pass a bill concerning dogcatchers but anything of importance will be vetoed. They can't end the war. They can't even enforce their own subpoenas. Unless they Impeach and have a full blown trial with all of America hanging on every word nothing of any value will ever get accomplished. If that trial were to take place I am fairly certain it would be extremely difficult for Republicans not to vote for removal. The evidence will be overwhelming..
