or against impeachment, it's more a question of getting the votes. I get the basis of your Post and agree, to an extent, but, as much as people try to spin it that way, it really isn't a black or white issue.
What will I say? We had a corporate owned media that had a stranglehold on what people heard and saw, so many were unknowingly uninformed or misinformed. And there were those of us, like myself, who took to the Internet to try and educate people about what was happening. But in a world of have and have-nots, not everyone had the time to surf the net or a computer to surf with.
And was it better to try and fail miserably to Impeach him -- ending with a "wronged" repug party, a martyred victim of partisanship in * and a repug majority that easily finished the job *, et al. started -- because we didn't have the votes or to do what we could to stop him and then enjoy a Democratic majority for several generations that successfully turned back the clock on many of *'s policies, brought accountability and honesty back to the voting process and created a government I could be proud of again.
I'd then look at the young'un from my rocking chair and ask "you tell me".
