Right's post debate meme: time to push out 2nd tier candidates

Watching the post debate spin that seems to be the message sent down for everyone to repeat. I suspect the next round of debates will be Rudy, McCain and Romney -- and Thompson if he joins the field and the rest will be cast aside.

Winnowing the field in the debates will give the candidates an overrall boost, so it'll be interesting if the Democrats will respond likewise given the very lengthy primary season we're in this time around.
