GOP Debate ... Brownbacks wife ...

I haven't seen anyone else comment yet so I cant resist but to ....
What is up with Brownbacks wife?
Did anyone else see the after debate interviews KO did, and when they got to Brownback he was standing there with his wife???
IS she suffering from some sort of horrible disability or is she really the stereotype of the stepford wife? I mean she stood there for like 5 minutes with this look on her face like my Labrador has when he is with me while I'm chatting to some stranger.
There has to be a story here.

this is the only mention I could find of her on the whole site under his bio. And it's at the very end of about 10 paragraphs..

she sort of bobbed her head in affirmation on every point Brownback made. But there was very little affect, more robotic or like a bobblehead doll in the back of a car.

Your Labrador at least pants and licks your face in enthusiasm. I can't see Mrs. Brownback doing much of either in any circumstance.

Either Brownback or Huckabee said a while back, in supporting their position that abortion shouldn't even be available for rape or incest, that his wife's mother was raped but the law didn't allow for an abortion.

Personally, I think this discussion of Brownback's wife's appearance is pretty infantile and un-progressive. Hell, why not simply post pictures of all of the candidates wives and we can base our judgment on who should be president on that.

I wasn't making my OP in reference to physical appearance ... That would have been infantile ... I made it in reference to her "presence" during an interview which caused me (and a number of others) to question her capacities ... You must not have seen the interview .... The best answer I read that is acceptable was it was some lame "stand by your man adoringly" theme that was mishandled and poorly timed, that might explain the poor theater in a way other than her being completely impaired which is what came across to me.
My entire reason for watching the GOP debates was an effort to "meet the enemy". I mean, who are these outrageous people that have crippled this country and led us to the brink of revisiting the dark ages ....
Meet the Brownbacks .... Hmmm.
