"I know that has no plans to run in 2008 <...> Well, I guess I have to add his addendum. I think the way he always says it is, 'I don't see any circumstances under which I would run for president."

13. Duped and Dismissed
This was discussed and dismissed a while ago as just more proof that he is, IN FACT, running.

The very fact that the son is extremely careful to use the very same language as his Dad tells the story best... they need to stay on message, not explicity deny a run.

He's running folks, get used to it.
