1. what if ya can't remember if you've signed or not?

it seems like I should have, but I'm not sure. Is it a problem if I sign twice? Are duplicates taken off? Does anyone know?

I'd suggest you put your first and middle initials, and then your last name. Won't prevent you from signing twice if you already have, but at least your name wouldn't show up exactly the same twice?!?

Most likely you'll remember the form. But if you're not sure if you signed, write an email at the contact info on the site and one of us can check the database and delete the extra signature is there is one, since we want to maintain the integrity of the petition. Thanks!
