2. Ahhh, poll worship
Gotta love manufactured consent. With the consent of the governed, of course! You can't have manufactured consent if you don't have an electorate that's willing to play along.

4. Sometimes you just have to accept
what people want without the notion that if the people don't agree with you something's wrong. The people see Kerry as most able to defeat Bush. That's not a bad thing.

10. A couple of weeks before super Tuesday
The media focus right now can be a dangerous thing. This race is Kerrys to lose. Lets see how the media treats him and what those poll #s are on February 29th. Dont count the votes before they are cast.

22. and Clinton was running against Tsongas, Brown and Harkin.
Although I like Harkin, I can totally see that Clinton was the cream of that crop. It's remarkable that he only won two.

18. Wins take work and votes
Polls really don't mean anything without the work to get the message to the voters. Cockiness is a sure way to screw up the works.

Nothing wrong with that. Your candidate is still in the hunt. Support him, campaign, contribute, etc.

"Kerry's supporters within the party" are united.
Many are dreading our likely ABB Nov. presidential vote.

25. Vote your conscience in the primary.
That's what I say. The media makes no decisions for me, on anything.

Hey, it worked for Kerry, when the media was saying Dean was the party's choice per the pre-Iowa polls.
