Edited on Fri Jan-19-07 01:55 PM by bigdarryl
Reid is a democratic strategist. he didn't give any insight as to why he would say that but he was on MSNBC

7. She and Bill have the best political instincts in the Party...
She will make her decsion on their estimate of her chances...

If she thinks she has a good chance to win, she will go for it...if on the other hand they determine she does not have a chance...she will stay where she is...

If she does go for it...watch out!

8. He said he was for Vilsack
I don't know what his game is, he isn't a very good strategist though. Very DC establishment.

Something is up theres no doubt, there may be a reason why Wes is starting to stump, that has to do with possibility Hillary wont run

11. It's bullshit
Hillary's been getting so much crappy press and has been trashed by the grassroots. Her camp wants the media to focus on trashing Obama to get the heat off her. Then later, she'll reintroduce herself as a candidate.

I'm surprised at how some of you are just believing what you're told on TV on the merit of faith alone.

Anyways, a vote for Hillary is a vote for corporate America. I like how some DU'ers call them "Wall Street Democrats." Can we create a grassroots movement to bring the Democratic party back to its pro-people roots?

14. Hum. Well, Hillary is not stupid.
She knows what the internets think. She also knows that the netroots aren't exactly the same thing as the grassroots. But she also knows that the RW hate hate hate her, and she would do more to unify them than almost any other candidate.

16. I've been saying this...
...that she *might* not run and if she doesn't, it's because she plans to throw her money behind Clark and Clark may very well select her as his running mate before the primaries, instantly boosting him to frontrunner status.

23. She's the Junior Senator.
Chuck Schumer is the Senior Senator. He was elected in 1998. Hillary was elected two years later hence making her the Junior Senator.

good for her over the course of 20 years. That is what I mean.

I have the same trouble seeing anyone not thinking that Bush is a total waste of flesh.

20. Dumb
While many would feel a certain level of apprehension about going up against Tom Vilsack, I'm betting Hillary's massive fund raising advantage and huge list of operatives probably means she'll declare and hope to survive.
