Economist Agree,Democrats Policies Better for Economy
http://democraticleader.house.gov

Washington DC House Democratic Leader Nancy Pelosi issued the following statement today on a news report in the Wall Street Journal that a survey of 50 economists by WSJ.com found that most economist said the economy would perform best in the coming years if Democrats take control of at least one chamber of Congress

"Today's report confirms that economists agree that Democratic policies of fiscal responsibility and increasing opportunity for all are better for the economy."

" Democrats will restore fiscal discipline with tough policies of pay-as-you-go budgeting, no new deficit spending. Democrats are fighting for middle-income tax cuts that spur economic growth and produce jobs. And Democrats will ensure that economic growth benefits all Americans, not just the privileged few.

1. The key phrase in the report is in opposition to GOP economic goals.

"ncreasing opportunity for all are better for the economy."

"for all", by implication means less for the greedy and that is in conflict with the goals of the rich and powerful in this (as in nearly all other) countries.
