On CNN today, a key Republican figure suggested that North Korea's nuclear test was good for the GOP.

"If there's any chance that this story can move the Foley story just a notch or two over to the left, this is excellent news for Republicans," said GOP strategist Bay Buchanan, appearing on CNN's The Situation Room along with host Wolf Blitzer.
