Representation Locally of Minimum Wage Vote in House
Last night, by serendipity of changing rooms I happened to hear two stations on the boob tube announce that the Republican House just voted to institute a minimum wage increase. Neither seemed to feel it was worthy to mention that Daddy Warbucks also got a huge slice of debt money in the process.

What liberal media? They now give credit to Republicans for passing it, and later, when the election nears and the Democrats resist due to fiscal sanity, they will say the Democrats resisted. This is an example of the power of the media, and how important it is for us to keep on looking outside of the highly controlled television market for our news.

1. It doesn't matter
if WE look for outside sources for news. It matters whether or not ALL Americans get the truth. We can only hope that the LA Times purchase goes through.
