I have always wondered if a major news outlet was able to verify LIHOP, woud they run it? You must admit that if it were proven, it would very likely destroy what's left of the US. People would be storming the WH with pitchforks and torches, and the WH would have no choice but to unleash the national guard, and civil war would ensue forthwith. This article makes a pretty strong case for LIHOP.

4. I don't think it proves it beyond doubt,

but there is something we're not being told. Something big, beyond the Aug 6 PDB. This article, IMO, is a major step. Condi's lie to the 9/11 committee - the the PDB was a "historical document" - is laughable on its face, and yet no major media outlet questioned it. But I believe the truth will come out eventually. It will be really ugly, but * will be gone by then, so it might not completely blow the country up.

As for what I would do, I would, like Clinton did, "Shake the trees". FISA warrants would be expedited. Saudi nationals who were, on their own, learning how to fly 767's would be apprehended and questioned. I WOULDN'T leave for a month of vacation.

* Ashcroft decided to avoid "public" air travel. (I believe he flew public again--after 9/11.)

* Guns in cockpits were forbidden. (They hadn't ever been popular--but they were banned in July 2001.)

* Bush planned a long August vacation in Texas. (There is NO reason to spend August in Texas if you don't have to.)

* Worried FBI field officers were ignored. (Someone studying how to fly an airliner but not land it? So what?)

* Bush sat like a stunned ox in a Florida classroom while people in NYC decided whether to jump or burn.

From Rice on up, they didn't do anything about the warnings.

There were some Bush advisers who would welcome a terrorist attack because it would give them an excuse to attack Iraq. That attitude contributed to the doing nothing.

But he and the rest of the Admininstration didn't know how big the attack would be or exactly how or when it would happen.

That's the "Weak LIHOP" theory, which I believe.

at minimum, BushCo's role was one of facilitating the attacks -- FIHOP, if you will (Facilitated It Happening On Purpose) . . . although the longer the failure to do a thorough investigation goes on, the more the facts seem to point to full-bore MIHOP, imo . . .

7. Here's some info...

concerning the warnings the Bush cabal recieved prior to 9/11. Check it out, then ask yourself if there was any excuse for the government not to be on full bore alert. LIHOP is just a part of MIHOP. Dreams came true when the towers fell. Thanks.

20. Here's an open question to all the MIHOPers

FIRST OFF, you are entitled to your opinion, I'm not calling anyone stupid. That being said....

OBL's last audio transmission did nothing to discredit the theory that Bush "Let it happen", but as for the "Made it happen",

1. Every time OBL comes out with a audio tape, MIHOPers claim that he doesn't exist, had nothing to do with 9-11, is in US custody, Rove made the tape etc. etc.

2. In the tape, OBL claims to have personally selected the hijackers, and essentially claims responsibility for the entire plot.

3. He then goes on to say that Moussaoui had nothing to do with the attacks, making out government, FBI, justice system look stupid and inept.

Why would the government fake a tape making them look like they ineptly sent a (relatively) innocent man to jail for life? This would further raise ire from muslims that the US is carrying out a war on all muslims.

Any takers?
