10. As mentioned in the above post, this may be about a joint statement...
...from Bush and Blair regarding the announcement by Blair today in Baghdad that the Brits are saying that the Iraqis should be able to stand-up their own security apparatus "soon"..at which point, theoretically, the UK could begin to pull their troops.

12. Don't know about the "BIG story"...the "REAL story" is probably...
...that the US and UK beef up the troop count temporarily by 30K...then announce a troop pull-back of 30K.

Have cake. Eat self same cake. Let us eat cake...NOT.
