They are ripping off our democracy!
I just heard that Kucinich can expect only 43 cents on the dollar until after April 15th in matching campaign funds. OK, so the media monarchs want him silenced, the government money machine goes broke, and conservative elements in the Democratic Party feel he is unworthy anyway. Almost enough to get ya mad.

1. Could you please provide a link?
This is outrageous and, after we win this year, this sort of BS must be addressed (and obviously stopped!).

3. what i actually heard, slight mistake (46cents on the dollar)
The Federal Election Commission reported last Friday that somehow, even without Kerry, Dean and Bush taking federal money, the FEC Matching Campaign Fund is somehow experiencing a shortfall.

The Kucinich Campaign is owed over $2 million as of today, but the FEC will only be contributing 46 cents on the dollar due to "lack of funds." We supposedly will receive the balance sometime after April 15th --after the primaries are over of course

5. That's correct
The short-term shortfall will have long-term effects on the Dem primaries.
