Here's a partial list of shams and scams these crooked thugs have been involved in. Please feel free to add your personal favorites

Shams:
W was elected President in 2000 and reelected in 2004; self explanatory
He is a compassionate conservative; he is neither
He is a modern day cowboy; true only as it relates to foreign policy, otherwise he prefers Schwinns to horses
He is a good Christian; If you read the Beatitudes you know that W is today's version of the pharisees against whom Jesus preached
He is honest; it is to laugh
He cares about people like you and me; only if we are the elite that he brags of as his base
Cheney is a sportsman; true he carries a gun but only to shoot just uncaged birds
This is the MBA administration; only true if the degree was earned at Enron

Scams:
The 2000 and 2004 elections
No bid contracts to Halliburton
The turning of a blind eye to Enron's rape and pillage of California
Anything and everything done by the Department of Interior under Sec. Norton
The drug benefit subsidization of the pharmaceuticals
The subsidies and tax cuts handed over to Big Oil
Abramhoff's dealings with the executive branch
Tax cuts for the wealthy which rob from the poor, middle class and future generations

OK, I know I have merely scratched the surface, but thinking about this has made me angry yet again and I am worn out from typing.
