He sure didn't act like he was now did he? Bush is busted for lying about the fact that nobody knew the levee's would possibly have been breached.

...Bush claims he found out about Katrina when he saw people screaming on TV, and...lo and behold...a briefing where he "asked no questions" and said everything was okey-dokey BEFORE Katrina hit.
