3. Does george bush* masturbate horses!
Note: I have no insight in this, but with a setup like that I couldn't resist the smartass (but true!) comment.

And I hope another repuke says goodbye to the government teat they've been whoring around to the highest bidder.

5. Jim Langevin would have beat him already, if it weren't for the inept
progressive apparatus in which no group can work with any other group, ugh.

(Sorry, I am reading a book right now that happened to mention the Chafee/Langevin debacle and it pissed me off.)

7. southern Democrats were crucified by Republicans in 1994..
Edited on Wed Mar-01-06 02:47 AM by flaminbats
and Bill Clinton was the cross these Democrats were nailed to. It is fascinating to watch the same now happening to northeastern Republicans like Chaffee! Chaffee has a primary opponent who is running on the rage of Republican neocons. On the other side Democrats are winning votes by linking Chaffee to Bush, and by winning over moderates who no longer feel comfortable having Republicans to represent them.

Chaffee can win conservative votes, but only by risking support from moderates in November. Or he could attack this adminstration..and the Congress which serves them, but lose his head in the primary! What Goes Around Comes Around. :nopity:
