9. I particularly like the one where Cheney is surrounded by Secret Service
and old Cheney saying "It wasn't my fault, he snuck up on me."

You gotta wonder where the Secret Service were when the victim was walking up behind Cheney with a loaded gun.

... is as anywhere near as funny as the fact that the VICE PRESIDENT SHOT AN OLD MAN IN THE FACE. You pretty much don't even need to have a cartoon this week, the front page will do.
