Someone at Reid's office told me that ANY Senator at ANY time

can filibuster. I asked if that meant that they didn't have to wait for Reid, and he said yes. I said, so there is NO plan to filibuster this creep? He said he didn't know what was going on behind the scenes so I iterated that this is fight worth waging, even if the crooked Republicans threaten to shut the Senate down.

1. As much as it is true, the only chance of winning this filibuster comes

if it is coordinated at the leadership level.

Any senator can refuse the UC and force a vote on cloture, but, if this is an isolated effort, as much as I would welcome it, it would probably mean that it will be a losing effort.
