Troop reductions are in preparation for next PNAC attack-IRAN
First off-FUCK YOU MR.PRESIDENT !

You have made me feel wholey unsafe on the very day I should shun politics for the love of my family...They are not awake yet so I'll try & work it out here on the keyboard.

This mornings C-span there were 2 callers who stated they had read about imminent plans for the US to start "targeted" bombings in Iran. Basically notifying allies that they will be doing fly-overs etc... for the bombing raids. One source mentioned was a German online magazine called "Der Spiegel"

http://service.spiegel.de/cache/international/

It is not in the American section (that I can find). She did mention it was not in the American news so I suspect she was reading the German version. The other caller just mentioned he heard it on the "Iran" website but was not specific. Google yielded little other than some decent reviews of the percieved plans of the PNAC...

Scott Ritter article, March 30 Tikkan Times

Planned US-Israeli Attack on Iran

I believe the troop pullout is not in response to public opinion being against the war(or the upcoming elections). It is to free up resources for the NEXT attack-Iran.

The Iraq bases are set in concrete, the puppet government is in place & they are hell bent for oil to complete thier plans-set long ago by the PNAC, to target Iran next.

I also believe such an action will permanently scar America as a nation & spawn a hell never seen before on earth....

Way to go asshole!!!

Anyone that has any current links to this announcment or can interpet the Der Spiegel article please post a link-Ok?

2. Head of CIA Tells Turks to Prepare for Attack on Iran
by Kurt Nimmo
GlobalResearch.ca
December 21, 2005

http://www.globalresearch.ca/index.php?context=viewArticle&code=20051221&articleId=1578

You’d think the fact Porter Goss, head broom sweeper at the CIA, recently told the Turkish government the United States plans to attack Iran and Syria would be headline splashing news in the New York Times and the Washington Post. But although the news was carried in the Turkish press, it elicited hardly a murmur here in America, with the exception of United Press International and Reuters. As for the latter, only Goss’ meeting with Turkish officials on the “separatist terrorist organization” known as the Kurdistan Workers Party was mentioned and nothing about the impending attack, while the UPI mentioned it in the fourth paragraph, stating: “Goss said that Iran sees Turkey as an enemy and will ‘export its regime,’ warning Ankara to be ready for a possible U.S. aerial operation against Iran and Syria.”

- more . . .

3. Thanks OneBlueSky!
Don't want to come off as a chicken little type here but this fits the plan to a tee. What also scares me is the may need a false flag operation to justify it. Me?-I'm a firm MIHOP believer. Theses are very dangerous people & hence-very dangerous times. I'm not discounting this yet let's say.

Anyhow, attitude is adjusted now & I'm getting ready to watch my girls unwrap presents. Cheers Y'all!

Iranian Bourse. Iran announced this summer that they will begin trading oil using their bourse. This affects the US dollar negatively:

The Real Reasons Why Iran is the Next Target: The Emerging Euro-denominated International Oil Marker

The Iranians are about to commit an "offense" far greater than Saddam Hussein's conversion to the euro of Iraq’s oil exports in the fall of 2000. Numerous articles have revealed Pentagon planning for operations against Iran as early as 2005. While the publicly stated reasons will be over Iran's nuclear ambitions, there are unspoken macroeconomic drivers explaining the Real Reasons regarding the 2nd stage of petrodollar warfare - Iran's upcoming euro-based oil Bourse.

In 2005-2006, The Tehran government has a developed a plan to begin competing with New York's NYMEX and London's IPE with respect to international oil trades - using a euro-denominated international oil-trading mechanism. This means that without some form of US intervention, the euro is going to establish a firm foothold in the international oil trade. Given U.S. debt levels and the stated neoconservative project for U.S. global domination, Tehran's objective constitutes an obvious encroachment on U.S. dollar supremacy in the international oil market

"Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes...known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few. . . No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare."

- James Madison, Political Observations, 1795
Madison’s words of wisdom should be carefully considered by the American people and world community. The rapidly deteriorating situation on the ground in Iraq portends an even direr situation for American soldiers and the People of the world community - should the Bush administration pursue their strategy regarding Iran. Current geopolitical tensions between the United States and Iran extend beyond the publicly stated concerns regarding Iran’s nuclear intentions, and likely include a proposed Iranian "petroeuro system" for oil trade. Similar to the Iraq war, upcoming operations against Iran relate to the macroeconomics of the `petrodollar recycling’ and the unpublicized but real challenge to U.S. dollar supremacy from the euro as an alternative oil transaction currency.

6. I'm sure Wesley Clark
mentioned June '06 as being the target date for Iran in an interview somewhere about the neocons.

Another hint I read is that it'll be done with airstrikes and by supporting internal opposition instead of an invasion.

7. Iran war scares have been popping up ever 2-4 months since summer '04
We just don't have the troop logistics to hit Iran. We don't have the forces, the money, the will power, or a clear sight of what's on the ground there. Bush is a bully, folks. He does not pick fights with countries who could give us a serious fight.

Count on it. No general Iran war until we can plausibly draw down troops in Iraq (where about 1/4th of all our army is currently tied down; most of the rest are resting up from prior deployments a/o preparing for a new one in the coming year). Any force reductions you've read about are purely cosmetic. It's more likely that their deployments were simply delayed as a PR stunt.

9. think March '06
the oil bourse is theoretically set to begin around Nou Rooz, the Persian new year (vernal equinox: March 20, this year). If the pattern follows that of Iraq, the neocons will want to launch a preemtive strike before the Iranians start trading oil in Euros.
