11. Hmmm....he was a great candidate? Someone who connected with people?
Nah, that couldn't be it. Doesn't fit the media image so it can't be true.

:sarcasm:

(You are a brave soul, ProSense.)

You know, it's really a mystery. To be successful, politicians have to do well with kids, and I hear kids just HATE John Kerry.

So, it couldn't have anything to do with people liking him. I just don't get it.

16. Oh, I see...I guess * was afraid Kerry was "electable"?
But that can't be it....Kerry was such a terrible candidate and only won the primaries because the DLC torpedoed the better, truly "electable" candidates, right?

:sarcasm:

23. But....but....why do people say Kerry was such a
"poor choice" then? If he was electable, and he won....geee... I guess he was a pretty good choice then.

(my sarcasm valve got stuck open upthread...sorry if that wasn't clear...)

or "why didn't Kerry win?"

Thank you.

Since the election was stolen, I want to know what was the reason behind Kerry doing well enough to cause Bush to have to steal the election?

25. It's the machines.
Bush had to win even if he had to steal it. He had to steal it from Gore and steal it from Kerry. Get Iraq at all cost.

28. OK
Since the election was stolen, I want to know what was the reason behind Kerry doing well enough to cause Bush to have to steal the election?

In other words:

If Bush stole the election, that means Kerry actually won. So, why did Kerry win?

30. Because...
He had better plans for the future of our country.

Because he connected better with the people... crowds like this don't lie ...

Because BushCo orchestrated their events and crowds and the MSM to make it look as though they had more support than they did.

Because Kerry is the Real Deal and Bush the Raw Deal and they knew the only way they would win was to steal the election.
