Is Judge Samuel Alito "unethical" at best and "criminal" at worst?
He lied to Congress in his previous confirmation for present position. He said he would recuse himself from any cases in which he might have a personal interest. He put it in writing from questions by the Committee.

Now, we find out that he ruled in favor of a mutual fund company, Vanguard, in which he had stocks estimated at somewhere between $300K and $900K dollars. Is he a criminal or simply an unethical liar?

1. he's guilty of both
Isn't lying to congress a crime? he is both unethical, which schould proclude him from the SCOTUS, and he's a criminal because of it.

2. Yup, he also did not recuse himself from cases involving his sister's
law firm. And by a surprising co-winky-dink he ruled in favor of sis's firm.

6. On the other hand, he's a great
fit with bush group. He made no mistakes, did nothing wrong and he doesn't care if the proof is right before your eyes.
Do not believe your eyes, do not believe the proof. Trust him because he says so.

Now is that the bush credo or what?
