The best thing that can happen to America right now: President Hastert (he's next in line if Bush and Cheney resign or are frog-marched out of the White House).

2. It's actually worse than that. Hastert is also tied to Abramoff, and
if Hastert goes down, Stebens of Alaska (MR bridge to nowhere) gets to be the man!!!

3. Hmm, 1 reactive boot licker or 2 proactive incompetants...
Given a choice I choose...the British Royal Family. I know the US went through quite a time trying to get rid of them, but under that circumstance, how bad would a hefty tax on tea really be? I mean hell, we're paying $4.00 for a latte as it is!
