Representatives, Senators, Governors, former Presidents, former Vicepresidents, former candidates... all of them are delegates too, called superdelegates.

4. A lot of insiders hopped on his bandwagon when he was doing good.
But those superdelegates aren't really committed, they can vote for whoever they want, change their minds at any time.

Those delgates are officially uncommitted. Their support will probably waver unless Dean can win a primary or two soon.
