USA Today has been accused of photoshopping a picture of Condoleezza Rice. (Actually - they've now admitted to it). To the naked eye, and to most readers, the newspaper looks just plain sad for doing this.

1. they don't look sad to me....

they overdid the correction. The photo on top in your post is a better photo. I've been a photo-editor at a newspaper, that would be my call. Tempest in a teapot.

22. Whoever touched up that picture

had to go in and purposely added extra white in her eyes. There are no filters in Photoshop that would change just her eyes that much without changing the rest of her face.

Either someone didn't like Condi or they are new at Photoshop and don't know how to be subtle.
