Loony Lou Dobbs report,,,
Is anyone watching Lou Dobbs? He's got this loony pro-minuteman report on CNN. It doesn't even pretend to be balanced. It just contrasts the good minutemen vs. their evil opponents, in those star terms. No nuance, not even pretend balance.

Insane.

Mr.Dobbs because he is the only one who keeps the outsourcing of America in the news.I may not agree with all his opinions, but he does lookout for the little guy and asks the tough questions.

3. I agree,
I like him.He asks hard questions that other news people ignore. He seems very sincere about trying to stop the good jobs from bleeding away from this country.

2. Please vote in his poll
http://www.cnn.com/CNN/Programs/lou.dobbs.tonight/

Do you believe Friday's indictments justify the 2 year investigation
and millions of dollars spent by the special prosecutor.

We are winning, let's pile on. Poll is on upper left side of page.

4. Don't dis Lou!

His reporting and stance on illegal immigration is done with the financial well-being of the american worker in mind.

I know the immigrants are just trying to make a better life, but illegal is illegal and they lower the value of the american workforce and those of us that depend on paychecks for our survival have taken enough of a beating in the last 5 years.

Lou was a financial analyst and an economist and I trust that he knows what he's talking about as far as economic issues.

I've watched Lou for years (his show used to be called "moneyline") and although I wouldn't call him liberal I do think he strives for fairness and accuracy.

Edit: spelling

You have to have some levity,Just because you don't like one of his opinion's you don't have to condemn the man.

10. Without Undocumented Immigrants this country would sieze up economically.
A grinding halt.

Period.

We've become economically dependant on cheap foreign labor here at home as well in the sweatshops of the ETZs.

The solutions to this weirded out equation are beyond what Lou, or any other faux free-marketer, will ever admit or concieve of.

Matter of fact while I like his reports on manufacturing jobs losses, and their effects on the workers, it's a moot point.

11. They have done polls showing that a majority of Hispanic Americans
Edited on Fri Oct-28-05 08:20 PM by Lannes
Are in favor of cracking down on illegal immigration. That seems to get lost in this argument. Are they self-hating Hispanics?I think not. Most research Ive seen says by 2050 that Hispanic Americans will be in the majority in this country and if they do it legally its fine with me.Its just America evolving.

But if its done by millions of people flowing over the border illegally and driving down wages of American citizens and the shrinking middle class then yes I have a problem with it and according to the polls so do a majority of Hispanic Americans.

12. His report on poverty
was worth his "hatred" of illegal aliens.

I don't like the minutemen much but if the govt won't do something the people will, and not just on immigration.
