Fox News scroll: "Terror Threat Level Raised"

I ducked into the office breakroom to watch the start of Fitz's press conference at 1:00 Central time. Somebody had Fox News on the TV. Of course the press conf. didn't start on the hour, so I had to sit watching Chris Wallace et al. repeating their "innocent until proven guilty" mantra.

I SWEAR that (before the press conf. started)the words "Terror Threat Level Raised" went by on the scroll at the bottom of the screen! I can't find confirmation of this anywhere. WAS it raised today?

I checked with a co-worker who was there. She saw it, too.

It would come as no surprise if it were raised. It would come as even less of a surprise if Fox News was wrong.

It just hit me. It didn't say "raised"... it said "Terror Threat Level Elevated"
"Elevated" is the current level.
Fox News ran that deliberately to confuse ppl. I confused it with the verb. I don't think there was even a dash or semicolon before "elevated."
The biggest freakin' story of the decade is breaking... WHY would your news network scroll the current terror level???

Has any one else noticed Fox news is the only channel constantly showing this bullshit terror alert, they picked the name elevated for yellow on purpose, it will stay on yellow the most, and I was confused just like you, its not the verb elevated (which they want u to think) its the noun.... sadly this isnt just in conjuntion with the Libby indictment, they do this retarted shit all day to scare the republican idiots
