That's conspiracy, treason, and murder.
Much of what we are learning now has been known for quite some time. It is reasonable to suspect that we are being fed each of these public releases of information in a manner dictated by those in power. Lest we forget, Fitzgerald is a Republican.

July 03 will become a notable month in world history.

It is when David Kelly, a British Intelligence Offical who had noted that the rationale for the Iraq War had been "sexed up", was found dead from mysterious circumstances.

At the same time, US officals, including Rove, Rice, Libby, and many more, devised a plan to put the kibosh on the CIA via illegal means: revealing classified information damaging the US during a time of war.

The fact that these events occurred at almost the same time is indicative of a much larger effort to supress the Intelligence Community in the US and UK. That's conspiracy, treason, and murder.

It's absolutely moronic to think we are falling for the "I just found a notebook with a relevant page" and "I missed an email because I wasn't using the right search word" excuses.

We are being spoon fed treasonous revelations. We should assume that every possible measure is being taken to protect Bush the Lesser.

1. I think David Kelly is the main reason Miller
agreed to talk only after Fitzgerald agreed to limit the scope of his questioning.

I do believe that the outing of Plame and Brewster Jennings and the murder of David Kelly are two closely related events, with Ms Judy sitting in the middle of both of them.

9. Was Kelly suicided? Also, it looks like Miller committed perjury
and the limiting questions thing is now off the table eh.

11. if that's true, perhaps the reason Fitzgerald agreed to limiting questions
because he knew about the other notebook and knew he could pin the perjury charge on her, breaking the agreement and forcing her to talk to the grand jury.

2. I totally agree with this premise.
All of these events are connected. The enormous scope of this scandal makes me wonder if it will ever see the light of day.

4. The larger the scope, the better
Where in the world would you find a more oppressive government (among democries) than the US? The press is muzzled. Her citizens are jailed indefinitely without cause. Torture is an accepted policy, as is pre-emptive war.

If these revelations expose foreigners whose governments are not US friendly (of which there are, unfortunately, way too many), then the real truth will be exposed.

And even allies like Britain don't contain their press the way the US does. Real investigative journalism is scant to absent in the US.

6. I was wondering today if some of the leaks aren't to give
heads up to other witnesses, subjects, and targets a heads up as to what is going on.

10. Thank you. I did think he was a Republican.
I may have assumed it, because Senator Fitzgerald recommended him.

13. Thanks for the Fitzgerald article link
I had thought he was a Republican myself. According to that article he's an Independent. And he's an excellent person to be investigating this case.

14. There was an earlier article about him that was far better
I wanted to find an earlier article that stated far clearer his political background. I couln't find it.

The long and short of it is he has never registered with a party except once. In NY (I believe it was) he once registered as an 'Independent'. It turns out that, in NY (if that's where this was, and I thing it is), 'Independent' is a party, not a condition. He promptly unregistered and has never reregistered anywhere.

I'd guess his party, if it matches his work ethic, is the "Agressively Just" party.
