Poll question: Who is right about Iraq since Saddam fell: Bush or Dean?
Bush:

"There is just no doubt in my mind that Saddam Hussein was a grave and gathering threat to America and the world," Mr. Bush told reporters as he met with the Polish president, Aleksander Kwasniewski. "There is just no doubt in my mind. And I say that based upon intelligence that I saw prior to the decision to go into Iraq, and I say that based upon what I know today."

Dean:

"You can say that it's great that Saddam is gone and I'm sure that a lot of Iraqis feel it is great that Saddam is gone," remarked Dean during a "Women for Dean" campaign rally on Sunday. "But a lot of them gave their lives. And their living standard is a whole lot worse now than it was before."

Try to divorce from your mind that the "optimistic" position belongs to a Republican (and an extra-repulsive one at that) and the "pessimistic" to a Democrat. Do you think the fall of Saddam has improved matters or not?

1. Try this one
Americans less safe (increased anti-US sentiment) AND Iraqis worse off (civil war)

5. I voted "other"
because I thought Americans are no safer and Iraqis, while worse off in some ways, are better off in others... so it evened out to about the same as before.
