The GOP on the precipice of permanent minority status
Per RAWSTORY's article:

http://rawstory.com/news/2005/House_Republican_Study_Committee_document_recommends_huge_0922.html

Republicans are working feverishly to implement their plan to ruin life on this planet for the non-rich. They know the end of their power is right around the corner. Some tidbits proposed by the Republican Party using Hurricanes as an excuse:

- INCREASE Medicaid Co-pays
- ELIMINATE subsidized loans to GRAD students
- INCREASE Medicare Part B Premiums
- ELIMINATE state grants for safe and drug free schools
- VERIFY income of Earned income tax credit participants
- ELIMINATE the applied research for renewable energy sources program
- ELIMINATE the hydrogen fuel initiative
- RESTRICT first responder grants to at-risk communitys

There is much more; check it out. I wonder what the report that we have not seen contains? Funding for Gas chambers? Bye-bye President Norquist.

Why aren't the Dems shrieking about paper trails before the thugs steal another one?

7. Bingo...
you win the prize. The Dems put up with this farce because they all obey their corporate masters. That is where the money flows from.

The word has come down that the appearance of democracy is critical to maintain. We wouldn't want the rabble to get uppity now would we? The Dems will accept permanent minority status as long as they kept their cushy jobs with all the corporate perks. They know that the big money calls the shots, whether they are in the majority or the minority. What can't be revealed is how corrupt the entire system is from the top down.

Keep everyone at each others throats with nutball commentators. Spread disinfo with hunky/glam news readers. Above all, keep the sheeple buying useless junk that breaks as soon as the warranty expires.

It works like a charm.

9. Well you want to prevent corporate rule, get other people
elected. Talk everyone you know into giving $25 and everyone they know...etc. Actually how much money has Dean raised that is not corporate?

I know he has smashed Terry's record from the last time but I do not know the break down.

3. They shouldn't even be that lucky. Permanently out of business is
my dream. They shouldn't even be allowed to run a business let alone a city, state, or nation.

5. Nothing about the war in Iraq, huh?
Although it's about 2 billion a week, it isn't even in the budget.

6. Just remember what people say about a mad dog - it's at its worst
just before it dies.

8. Holy cow, these people have no shame!
Who are these choices tough on? Not the wealthy elite, that's for sure! Somebody needs to file a 'truth in advertising' lawsuit against these chronic liars. How about:

"Base Federal Retiree Health on Length of Service" - more appropriately named, "Screw Working Class (not the rich) Federal Employees out of Earned Retiree Health Care" to the tune of $130M in 2006 alone.

Wouldn't it be better to just scuttle Dubya's Maginot Line in the sky? It's never been anything but a joke, and we would save about a cajillion dollars.

All we really have to do is undo every single thing the Bush administration has done since they came into power. Worst. President. Ever!!!
