Chris Matthews, aka Tweety, is the rottenest motherfucker on the planet
I have been watching MSNBC all day today. He has been on, either for his own show or as a talking head on other people's shows, all damned day. And every time he's been on he's been in Mayor Nagin's shit.

No matter who the guest, he asked the same question, or when HE was the guest, he offered the same opinion.

'Do you think Mayor Nagin is rushing things by opening the city?'

'Mayor Nagin is not doing the right thing by opening the city.'

Not one person has answered his question, preferring to duck it by saying they all have their areas of responsibility, they all have a job to do, they're all united to bring New Orleans back.

Chris Matthews ... from peace corps ...... to Dem staffer ..... to teevee host ..... to talking head ...... to shrill bushco shriek monkey ...... to total irrelevance.

Mr. Matthews ... have you no shame?

And now you're a civil engineering, levee, city planning expert?

Just go fuck yourself, you sorry motherfucking whore.

10. I quit watching him sometime ago. His show is idiotic. He just seems
Edited on Mon Sep-19-05 07:33 PM by Jon8503
like he wants to be liked by the Bush team or something. He has no honesty, just blows with the wind where he thinks it will benefit him. Actually he reminds me of the guy who used to work for Clinton and got caught sucking some hookers toes in a NY hotel and got pissed at Clinton so turned out to be a media whore for Fox & other rw idiots. Can't think of his name. A really credible guy like Twinkie. I think he has been used up though, don't see him around much anymore.

16. Yes
I remember watching a video of him interviewing Gore in 2003 I believe or early 2004 and he was asking him if he was going to run again. I thought he was a tenniebopper with how she was with Gore.

Edited on Mon Sep-19-05 07:18 PM by KoKo01
It was the funnies trash of Tweetie I've ever seen...

Matthews is a "clueless idiot." His house is next to Jack Welch's on Nantucket...his show has always been at the bottom of the Cable ratings as posted on DU many times.

WHY does that F**ker still have a show? Because his house is next to Jack Welch (FORMER CHAIR NBC) on Nantucket.

I am getting to where I really hate these people. That don't-step-out-into-the-street-while-I-am-driving-by hate. I almost hate all the talking heads more than I hate Bush, Cheney and those skanks.

20. Watched him briefly today,
He showed short clips of the Mayor's newsconference suspending the
re-entry, but failed to include the Mayor saying it was due to Hurricane Rita.
Nothing but a shill.
Of course, I turned him off as I always do.

Weekend of May 3 - 4, 2003

MATTHEWS: Let's go to this sub--what happened to this week, which was to me was astounding as a student of politics, like all of us. Lights, camera, action. This week the president landed the best photo op in a very long time. Other great visuals: Ronald Reagan at the D-Day cemetery in Normandy, Bill Clinton on horseback in Wyoming. Nothing compared to this, I've got to say.

Katty, for visual, the president of the United States arriving in an F-18, looking like he flew it in himself. The GIs, the women on--onboard that ship loved this guy.

Ms. KAY: He looked great. Look, I'm not a Bush man. I mean, he doesn't do it for me personally, especially not when he's in a suit, but he arrived there...

MATTHEWS: No one would call you a Bush man, by the way.

Ms. KAY: ...he arrived there in his flight suit, in a jumpsuit. He should wear that all the time. Why doesn't he do all his campaign speeches in that jumpsuit? He just looks so great.

MATTHEWS: I want him to wa--I want to see him debate somebody like John Kerry or Lieberman or somebody wearing that jumpsuit.

Mr. DOBBS: Well, it was just--I can't think of any, any stunt by the White House--and I'll call it a stunt--that has come close. I mean, this is not only a home run; the ball is still flying out beyond the park.

MATTHEWS: Well, you know what, it was like throwing that strike in Yankee Stadium a while back after 9/11. It's not a stunt if it works and it's real. And I felt the faces of those guys--I thought most of our guys were looking up like they were looking at Bob Hope and John Wayne combined on that ship.

Mr. GIGOT: The reason it works is because of--the reason it works is because Bush looks authentic and he felt that he--you could feel the connection with the troops. He looked like he was sincere. People trust him. That's what he has going for him.

MATTHEWS: Fareed, you're watching that from--say you were over in the Middle East watching the president of the United States on this humongous aircraft carrier. It looks like it could take down Syria just one boat, right, and the president of the United States is pointing a finger and saying, `You people with the weapons of mass destruction, you people backing terrorism, look out. We're coming.' Do you think that picture mattered over there?

Mr. ZAKARIA: Oh yeah. Look, this is a part of the war where we have not--we've allowed a lot of states to do some very nasty stuff, traffic with nasty people and nasty material, and I think it's time to tell them, you know what, `You're going to be help accountable for this.'

MATTHEWS: Well, it was a powerful statement and picture as well.

Thank you very much. Terrific round table. Lou Dobbs, thanks for coming; Katty Kay, again. Fareed Zakaria, good luck with your book. Paul Gigot, editorial page editor for the Wall Street Journal.

I'll be right back to ask the big question: What should the Democrats do to have a chance against this very popular president? Be right back.

MATTHEWS: It's great getting your e-mails; keep them coming.

23. He and Batty Pukeanon get off on the fascist boys in uniforms bit
You know, like the homophobic closet case NAZI's of WWII who had posters of half nakes boys and men all over the place- while, placing purple stars on the arm bands of gays in concentration camps-the self loathing minicing Nazi's.

That's the hallmark of closet fascists, a fondness for manly men -by so called sraight men- especially if they wield power and wear a uniform.

Tweety is coming dangerously close to drooling over this imagery and so is Pukeanon, another balloon headed punkdit.

25. He always gets a daily bug up his butt and repeats it endlessly
He gets an idea he thinks is great and repeats it over an over.

Next day he's on to another daily obsession.

By tomorrow he'll have forgotten all about Nagin.

26. I agree that he is the rottenest MFer on the planet. Tweedy is
supposed to be a dem but he is really a RW shill. That makes him very dangerous because folks who know not to listen to O'liey/Hannity/Scarborough may give Tweedy a listen for opinions.

There really is nowhere to turn as far as TV talking heads. KO is good, but his show really isn't opinion. I wish we had 1 freaking opinion show on cable news. Every episode could just hammer the following: No Bin Laden, No WMD's, No clue in NO, Largest deficit/debt of all time, Paying journalists, etc etc etc.

We have so much material, it would take a 2 hour show 4 years just to discuss all of the crimes.
