Clark's business is emergency preparedness and management...
...Which is something that gives him more credibility than most other Democrats in his criticism of Bush's handling of the tragedy. It's good to hear him speaking truth to power regarding Bush's irresponsibility and lack of leadership on this and other matters.

1. The irony is that that company ALMOST got the contract
to do the written planning for IEM in New Orleans, but they were outbid.
