1. basically Klansmen and SS officers in judges' robes
They're the harder-core-than-thou hardcore of the extreme fascist wing of the extreme right. "Far beyond fascist" etc.

2. That article was standard MSM crap.
"What the Federalists Society Stands For" gave only ONE vague example of what they stand for: Using that standard, some judges have challenged previous court rulings allowing broad federal control over states on regulatory and civil rights issues, and maintaining the legal wall separating church and state.

So, what the hell does that MEAN? The WaPo certainly won't tell you. No, the WaPo played the "both sides" canard all the way through that vapid story. Why, heck, even 'Nadine Strossen, president of the ACLU speaks at Federalist Society's events' and says that they are just the "other side" of the ACLU.

This kind of "reporting" is going to find us all reporting for duty in the camps. Maybe someone will see Nadine there. Say hi from me.

5. Well, it's not the reporting, exactly.
It's the NON reporting about the people taking over the judicial branch of OUR government. Once on the bench, THOSE justices have already proven in Bush vs. Gore, that they will do ANYTHING for their ideological cause.

And what, do you think they might "legally" proscribe for all the trouble-makers who speak against The Leader? They have already shown their hand.

The space between how they ruled against Clinton and how they have ruled for Bush are light-years apart. THEY RULE! And we loose.
