Will Bush be slurring and mumbling again tonight? I wonder which drug he takes? Oxycontin?

he's not taking questions, no need for the wire.

He's reading a well rehearsed speech, its on the teleprompter and he has his 'big-type' note pages (difficult words must be spelled out phonetically).

As you know, the "freedom loving", "democracy spreading", "heroic efforts" , and "I appreciate the..." cliches are so ingrained he doesn't even know he's saying it all again and again.
