The 'filly bluster' show is over. Now let's get back to business.
That business being the pushing of the Downing Street Memo.

Today we have a vote to confirm Enron Owen and the end of the defense in the Jacko trial. We have the indictment of the Runaway Bride. That's plenty of fodder for the media canons to spew.

Our job is to keep pushing on the Downing Street Memo.

I've been in contact by phone and e-mail with my local media (print and broadcast). Still to no avail, but they know at least one 'nut' is on to them (me).

This story has legs. Let's keep on pushing.

While the filly bluster showed some difference of opinion in our ranks, I dare say no one is saying we should allow the Downing Street Memo to go down the black hole of dead stories.

Let's not be distracted. This one's the real deal. Keep it in the public consciousness until it breaks through.

1. I'll believe that the nuclear option
is dead when it is tested and the dems are successful. But in the meantime:

And a flyer to print out and leave everywhere:

2. I asked 10 people
in the last two days about both of those things and NO ONE had a clue what I was talking about. Not. One. Person.

I read your posts about the "filly bluster" and I really agree with you but in light of the fact that nobody knows what is going on maybe it was better to hold off for something really big because if it isn't really big nobody knows about it. Very sad thing, I still am pissed but in reality we are the only ones that even know it happened.

There are 10 more people in my area who know about it now, most thought I was talking out of my ass though. "Ain't in the Topeka Paper." *spit* *snort*

** sorry, I am really pissed at the community of people I interact with right now

3. Which of my posts?
The one asking who had plans for Nuclear Tuesday and suggested the dems get the hell out of DC ... a strike, if you will?

4. The post about
being pissed that we did not make the Republicans go all the way with the Nuke option. That one. I considered posting to it but I am really of two minds on it still. The part of me that is sick of watching this happen is as pissed as I have ever been, the cool headed part of me (the one I have to work to keep out in front) is thinking there is much more than I can see working and there will be something big to gain.

That post. :hi:

6. Sorry to have
confused this post with the one before.

I agree with you about the Downing Memo and the point I started to make before I side tracked myself was that nobody here knows anything about it, they don't want to know about it, it messes with their minds. SO I think we should keep messing with their minds. I agree. It should have major legs if we can get people to look at it. Lets go.

Sorry.
