He's not saying that his rights and the rights of every person who even mildly disagrees with the direction the corrupt Bush administration is taking this country should be trampled because Republicans have engineered a majority for themselves and they should be allowed to re-form the institutions of government to guarantee themselves a perpetual majority?

9. yea, and they cut to mel martinez of all people...
because he needs to drone on and on about some Cuban issue. Which is all well and good, but I'm more concerned about American issues right now. Guess CSpan doesn't want to advertise Democrats uniting!

12. Yup, and he appeared to be leading this little group of senators
who were displaying a show of unity. Maybe someone showed him the DU pole that marked him as #1 choice to skip ranks!

Regardless, he is a good man - just a lousy Democrat. I don't even consider him a Democratic leader. Just a Democrat and a DINO at that.
