...Gov. Ernie Fletcher, has given Disponett an office not far from Fletcher's own in the Capitol.

Disponett also has the services of a secretary, a reserved parking space in the Governor's Office lot, a phone extension on the Governor's Office switchboard and a state government e-mail address.

Asked if Disponett was conducting Republican party business from the Capitol, Hogan said, "The governor is traditionally the head of the party.

"So, obviously, if you're volunteering for the governor, you're going to be advancing the governor's initiatives, which would be shared by the Republican Party. So those are one in the same; you can't really do one without the other," he said.
