Mediawhores switch from Terriwatch to Popewatch without missing a beat.
Both GOP "go to guy" Brian Williams on NBC and BCE Ambassador's Brother Scheiffer on CBS broke in to network programming at the top of the hour to deliver the non-news that the Pope still isn't feeling very well and has a feeding tube. Did the 24 deathwatch become addicting to the whores, or what?

ABC, to their credit, skipped this non-event.

1. Hey, remember when they interrupted the last five minutes
of CSI to announce Arafat's death? I was SO pissed!

:sarcasm:

Whores.

3. Well, at least he was dead, so that's news
Though it could have waited 5 minutes. I'd expect them to cut in if the Pope died, or even had a serious change in his condition. But this was just crap, and the guys doing it are both obvious shills for the Fraudministration.

4. Made for TV event:
Pope Death Watch.
It's great for cable because they can milk it without criticism because it is The Pope and who's going to knock an old, sick Pontiff around, AND there's no time limit - it could go on for months!!
They're squealing with delight in the newsrooms for all their good fortune! This comes close to the blue dress for the Media.
Oh the emotion...

5. No "soldier watch" or "Iraq watch" or "Bush lies-watch"
It's incredible.
