Do people even care anymore about the soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanis
Afgahnistan? Our attention is being so purposely being diverted to focus on the Terri S situation that the media has completely forgotten about the lives of our soldiers being loss daily in both Afghanistan and Iraq. Is it that most Americans believe that the wars are over in both places or is it that they just don't give a damn?

4. Yes. We care. And, that is why we will all be joining together on ...
...May 2 2005 to thank them and their families and do much, much more to extract them from the lie that all illegal wars are.

Peace.

7. Yes, that is what any civilized person knows -- some of whom actually...
...then do something based on that knowledge.

5. No, people care about the number of yellow ribbons on their car
If you noticed, one is no longer enough. You now have to show your support by wallpapering your vehicle.

Who makes those things anyway?

9. Like you, I think about them quite a bit (the troops).
We pray and have a peace vigil at least once per month (some close friends and myself).

I donate books and supplies to them.

And, at least from my perspective, the Terri Distraction has not worked.

I'm more involved in progressive causes than ever before.

11. And they sure as hell don't think they have the blood of the 120,000
plus Iraqis on their hands either. The right to lifers are really the dim reapers of death!!!

12. Most Amerikans
probably feel that this is the price Amerika must pay for Freedom.

Even though many now feel that the Iraq invasion was a mistake they still support the notion that the troops should stay until Iraq can deal with the Insurgency themselves.

Most probably believe that the war on Afhganistan is over and feel that the few troops that are being killed are from a few of the Taliban that surivived and that the country is now a Democracy.
