Robert Novak...Obstruction of Justice or Operation Mockingbird Operative ?
I came across a C-Span show replayed from Wednesday about the Plame case and Robert Novak, Judith Miller et al.

It seems to me that Novak, who should have himself known better than to intentionally exposed the name of a CIA agent, may indeed be a non-official-cover CIA asset himself domestically under Operation Mockingbird. This CIA media manipulation project, exposed during the Church commission hearings during the '70's, had been of long-standing giving 'payola' for putting the Agency's positions forward to an usnsupecting public. This would be especially true during times of war.

If Novak is a CIA asset thru this project, how do we go about discovery ? Shouldn't this be through the House and Senate intelligence committees ? And as this would be a DOMESTIC operation, of what legality would it have ? I thought the CIA was prohibited from operating domestically (Watergate's Mullen & Co. activity aside, of course).
