If you could trade our leader ( the chimp) and be governed by another world leader who is currently serving, who would you choose and why that person?

That said, and if I really had to choose, probably Gerhard Schroeder or Jose Luis Zapatero or (to piss off the RWr's) Hugo Chavez. But, there are any number of them that would be an improvement over El Idiotico Supremo.
