Anybody hear about this?
Here in my town this guy named Mr. Adams was a democrat but recently changed parties to the republican party. Anybody know why?

2. Brainwashing?
I've also noticed since Clinton had his surgery, he has that "Britany Spears"-type brainwashed look. (Did he receive an implant?)

3. Sure.
Money. The ultimate corruptor of the political process. We have seen it around here. Politicians switching parties, not out of some deep well of conviction, but because the financial sugartit is better with the other guys.

The repukes really take care of their own, and it is beneficial to them. Hire a bunch of fellow repukes as consultants, and pay them really well. Then get them to plow some of that back in political contributions.

Case in point: I live in a rural county, with not a lot of people. Maybe 100,000 all told. 10 years ago, under a dem administration, the county attorney made $30,000/yr. Now, under the repukes, the county attorney makes $300,000/yr. There are a lot of stories like this as well.

6. I live in Tennessee
In the southeastern part. I don't know if the guy was from my area or just in the state in general. I looked on one of the news sites but didn't see anything about it up there.

7. My Mom was listening to the news and told me why
And she said the guy is leaving the party because of Howard Dean. :eyes: I told her he wasn't a real democrat and was a DixieCrat like Zell Miller. :eyes: According to what was said on the news he was thinking about it for a while. All I can say is this guy will be sorry by 2006/2008 when we start winning. If he comes crying back too bad for this loser.
