Ginsberg: Nothing to subpoena in this administration?
Ben Ginsberg was on with Tweety and other politicos on MSNBC. The discussion was of past presidencies. Nixon came up. Someone said that Nixon suddenly realized after being reelected that the opposition was going to have subpoena power. Bob Shrum said "...and he knew there was something they would go after."

Ben Ginsberg quickly said "And there's nothing to subpoena in this administration."

Wow. It was a bit awkward, but nobody called him on it.

3. Err...how about the names of the people who attended the Cheney Energy
meetings. Ginsberg is such a loser. The man isn't fit to be a two bit lawyer filing no-contest divorce papers.
