Election 2004: The Democrats stormed Fallujah armed with a picnic basket
Edited on Thu Nov-11-04 10:21 AM by Walt Starr
The analogy is simple. We went to war after disarming our most effective weapon. Kerry allowed the Iraq debate to be framed by the Republicans and that took away our most effective weapon. Kerry attempted to stay "above the fray" and "took the high road" while an election IS A FRAY FOUGHT ON THE LOW ROAD!

We were doomed to failure. Simple effective reframing of the debate coupled with an effective strategy will give us win after win.

Instead, we went to war armed with a picnic basket like so many generals attending the First Battle of Bull Run. This will be a long war. We should intend to fight is as a war and moreso, as TOTAL WAR!

Take no prisoners! No quarter shall be given!
