Think about it. We all have to drive (or at least most of us). And if we turned our lights on and kept them on until every last one of the 55 million people were driving with their lights on in the daytime, maybe they could see that we're not some tiny fraction that they have a mandate over.

You don't even have to buy a bumper sticker.

some cars already have daytime running lights, which I personally wouldnt want on my car.

The power in the car is run by the alternator, which gets it's power via the engine. Kinda like a windmill. Running electrical components in an automobile uses little or no extra excess energy.

Actually, I've driven my lights on for years. Driving a Ford Aspire, I need all the visibility I can get so I don't get run over!
